ECD Automotive Design Officials Ring Nasdaq Opening Bell

ECD Automotive Design officials rang the opening bell on Wednesday, Dec. 13, to celebrate becoming a Nasdaq company (ECDA).

Jaguar, Land Rover Defender and related vehicle restorer and customizer ECD Automotive Design Inc. is now a Nasdaq company under the abbreviation ECDA.

To mark the occasion, company founders, management, advisors and shareholders rang the opening bell of the Nasdaq Stock Market on Wednesday, Dec. 13.

In addition, an ECD restored and modified custom Land Rover Defender was displayed outside the Nasdaq in Manhattan’s Times Square.

A day earlier, ECD completed the business combination between Humble Imports Inc., dba ECD Auto Design, and EF Hutton Acquisition Corporation, a special-purpose acquisition company formed by affiliates of EF Hutton.

Founded in 2013 by three British gearheads, ECD offers restoration, modification and electrification of classic automobiles.
