MidwayPlus has announced the launch of Eastwood’s B2B sales portal on the MWP platform.
An automotive restoration and customization company, Eastwood sought a solution to launch its new B2B sales program, ultimately selecting MidwayPlus after evaluating custom software solutions and marketplace-style software integration, according to a press release announcing the partnership.
“We were developing this B2B channel, but we had no ordering process and we were not happy with the options we had explored,” said Bart Apple, director of B2B Sales at Eastwood. “MidwayPlus was recommended to us, and given what we had learned, we knew exactly what we wanted. Every question I asked had an answer, and every challenge we knew of had a solution.”
Apple added that the simplicity of the customer setup process, where buyers upload everything into the software, immediately provided tangible time savings.
“Our B2B customers have access to real-time inventory and accurate pricing, so it has saved them time, too. It’s an invaluable feature,” he noted.
