Autoblog has revealed that EarthCruiser has shut down operations. The overland builder had been in business since 2008.
The custom builder announced the closure on its site, citing changing market dynamics that forced it to close. Aside from ladder frame rigs and custom builds, the brand also created smaller overland equipment including a custom camper for the new Hummer EV.
Most recently the brand had been building purpose-built rigs for emergency and rescue services in the Pacific Northwest’s CORE program.
