E3, in support of its expanding commitment to professional and amateur motorcycle racing, has entered a two-year sponsorship commitment to Arenacross racing. E3 is now the official spark plug for all A.M.A. Arenacross events for both 2018 and 2019.
“With its high flying action and handlebar banging drama, Arenacross competition is one of the most exciting forms of motorcycle racing there is,” said Rob Fisher, E3 vice president of motorsports. “We at E3 have a long history of supporting extreme sports, after all the competitors and fans alike have an affinity for superior performance and can really appreciate the technology behind an E3 Spark Plug. So it makes natural sense for us to align ourselves with Arenacross. We hope this two-year agreement as the Official Spark Plug of Arenacross is just the beginning of a long relationship with the many factory race teams and racers that participate in this sport.”
The Amsoil Arenacross 2018 schedule began Jan. 6 at the Wright State University Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio. Produced by Feld Entertainment, the schedule includes 12 weekend events that will showcase the highest level of competition from both factory supported race teams and amateurs with events scheduled in Ohio, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Wisconsin, South Carolina, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Oregon and Nevada, including a final battle May 4-6 by race teams for the Ricky Carmichael Cup in Las Vegas.
“With E3’s sponsorship commitment to supporting our sport from the top professionals to the up-and-coming amateurs, we’re excited to bring E3’s full line of spark plugs to every AMSOIL Arenacross event,” said Bill Heras, director of Arenacross at Feld Entertainment.
