Developer Reveals Plans for Atlantic City Racetrack

A developer has revealed plans for a new racetrack to be built on the site of a former airfield in Atlantic City, New Jersey, according to NJ.com.

Centered around a 1.75-mile track, the development will also include residential and commercial space, as well as a motor club, garages, paddock and more, the report said.

Atlantic City Mayor Marty Small Sr. has signed a memorandum of understanding that puts the $2.7-billion, nine-year project into motion, NJ.com said.
