Daystar Products International has acquired Tuff Country Suspension, a manufacturer of suspension lift and leveling kits. The transaction represents Daystar’s eighth during the past three years.

It strengthens Daystar’s automotive aftermarket hand with highly complementary suspension kits and components.”

Tuff Country products are made in the U.S., which fits Daystar’s model.

“We’re bringing the resources to boost product development, manage stellar growth, and make it easier than ever for customers to get the best suspension components and full suspension systems on the market.”

Private equity firm Dubin Clark & Co. in 2017 partnered with Daystar to maximize the management team’s growth strategy.

Daystar now offers hundreds of lift and leveling kits spanning 1- 6 inches for nearly every truck, Jeep and SUV.
