CURT Group has launched new websites for three of its brands. The websites-Curtmfg.com, Ariesautomotive.com and Luvernetruck.com-have a new mobile-responsive platform, simplified navigation and enhanced vehicle lookup.
Users will find an updated category menu, carousel and vehicle lookup at the top of each new homepage. There are also links to other brands within CURT Group, providing easy access to see all of the company’s products. Further down on each site are featured items and the latest news and events, according to the company. CURT Group has also added a lifestyle section to each site.
One of the key goals of these new websites was to create an SEO-optimized, unified platform that provides a user-friendly navigational experience, according to CURT Group. The company summarized the website changes in a statement:
“We started by thinking from the user’s perspective, then worked our way backward. This led to the development of a more universally recognized hierarchy. Our new product categories are more recognizable by everyone, from shop owners and installers to consumers. The bold dropdown menu provides a simple, straightforward path to our products, making it much easier for visitors to find the products they’re looking for.
“Each category page has also been streamlined to be more product-focused, and we have added a new filtering system within each category. This gives users command of the page, allowing them to sort by size, weight, finish and more.
“The next key area of focus was our vehicle lookup tool. In recent months, CURT Group has been taking great strides toward more comprehensive ACES / PIES data – the data recognized universally in the automotive industry. This refined data has been implemented with our new sites, along with a simplified, but more prominent, lookup menu. It is now easier than ever for our visitors to look up their vehicle by year, make and model and quickly find the parts that fit their vehicle.”
The launch of the three new websites is phase one in the renovation of CURT Group’s online presence. According to the company, next steps include a unified shopping cart system, a My Garage tool to save and apply parts to multiple vehicles and more advanced digital marketing capabilities. CURT Group also intends to renovate the websites for UWS and RETRAC later this year.
