Covercraft has announced the addition of two top-level veterans to its staff. Jim Chick and Travis Jansen have joined the company as chief commercial officer and chief operating officer, respectively. These roles will be instrumental to help drive company growth and enhance performance, according to the company.
Chick is an automotive veteran with decades of experience in the aftermarket, particularly in the performance and off-road verticals.
“We are thrilled to have Jim bring his automotive experience and knowledge to the Covercraft organization”, said Jasbir Patel, CEO of Covercraft. “Jim will be focused on enhancing our B2B customer relationships while driving additional business through new product introductions”.
Jansen is an experienced executive with expertise in building progressive organizations and developing high-performance manufacturing operations.
“Travis brings vast experience in supply chain management, which we expect will only enhance our operations to the benefit of our customers and employees”, added Patel. “We look forward to seeing him implement manufacturing enhancements to help drive the business”.
The staff additions come as the company prepares for the 2024 SEMA Show in November, where Covercraft will be focused on meeting with current and potential customers as well as introducing new officially licensed program additions such as Mopar and Mustang 60th anniversary products, the company notes.
