After nearly three weeks of outages, software provider CDK Global has announced its systems are scheduled to come back online and be operational for all dealers by July 4, according to a new report from Reuters.
After confirmations of cyber attacks surfaced last week, the brand slowly began bringing dealers back online through a phased rollout. The system reintroduced a small number of dealers at a time, beginning on June 29.
Between the outages and reintroduction of the software, dealers across the country are expected to lose around 100,000 sales from the attack, which first began on June 19.
