Bugatti Chiron Sets Production Car Speed Record

With factory test driver Andy Wallace behind the wheel, a modified Bugatti Chiron recently set a production car speed record of 304.77 mph at the Volkswagen Group’s Ehra-Lessien test track in Saxony, Germany.

Shortly after the record-setting run, Bugatti president Stephan Winkelmann said that the company will no longer be pursuing speed records.
