AWE Staff Member Promotion Comes During ‘Hiring Surge’

AWE recently promoted Catherine Panetta from performance coordinator to senior performance coordinator. The move comes during a recent hiring surge as the company increases its fabrication headcount to accommodate its growth, and also has brought other new members of the marketing and sales teams, according to the company.

Panetta’s new role will have her reporting to the sales director. Panetta joined the company two years ago in a front desk role and has been promoted twice.

“It’s been amazing to watch the growth of AWE in my short time here, and I’m excited and honored to be a part of it,” Panetta said.

“Catherine has shown an aptitude for navigating the complexities of a growing manufacturing organization, coordinating internal resources to output the best result for consumers and dealers alike.
