ARP Bonus Program at the California Hot Rod Reunion

The company is stepping up once again to help racers with special bonus cash at the upcoming drag racing event…

Fastener manufacturer Automotive Racing Products (ARP) will once again support grassroots, nostalgia drag racing at the California Hot Rod Reunion, presented by Good Vibrations Motorsports, Oct. 24–26 at Bakersfield’s Famoso Dragstrip.

In addition to Sportsman Class Winner payouts, ARP says that it is offering a $1,000 bonus to the Top Fuel, Nitro Funny Car, and AA/Fuel Altered class winners. ARP will also present a $250 bonus to each Eliminator Class Winner and three $250 special awards: one for the Longest Sportsman Tow to the event and two more for the Longest Gasser Wheelstand in D/Gas and Hot Rod Classes.

“ARP has always stood behind sportsman racing,” said Robert Florine, EVP of sales and marketing. “The Hot Rod Reunion is the perfect finale for the Heritage Series, and we’re proud to help challenge the best of the best.”

ARP Special Event Participant Sticker

To qualify for ARP bonuses, Reunion competitors must display the ARP Special Event Participant Sticker during qualifying and eliminations, company officials stated in a press release.

Darr Hawthorne of BANGshift.com added, “2025 has been incredibly competitive in the Hot Rod Heritage Series, in all classes. I can’t wait to hand out those big ARP checks after qualifying and eliminations wrap up.”
