The Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF) has launched a charitable auction benefitting its nonprofit program. The foundation is now accepting bids for a customized 2018 Nissan Kicks.
“Thanks to generous donations and ongoing support from Nissan USA, Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. and BringaTrailer.com, all proceeds from the auction will benefit aftermarket nonprofit AACF,” the foundation stated in a news release.
“The Kicks is an innovative CUV, and we’re thrilled to collaborate with Nissan USA and other partners to offer an incredible customized Kicks that will be on display during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week,” said Lynn Parker, board president of AACF.
The Kicks’ eye-popping, two-tone styling is innovation on wheels, according to AACF. Design features include a floating roof, V-motion grille, boomerang headlamps and taillights, custom Monarch Orange trim kit, ground lighting and alloy wheels.
The interior includes a 7-inch touchscreen display with Bluetooth streaming, six-speaker audio, Apple Car Play, Android Auto, and Sirius XM capability.
The vehicle drives on rubber by Cooper Tires.
Beyond the telescoping steering wheel, gliding-wing dashboard, NASA-inspired zero gravity seats clothed in Roadwire custom leather, and expansive headroom and legroom, the 25.3-foot cargo area offers maximum versatility.
The Kicks will be on display at the Spanish Trail Country Club of Las Vegas on Oct. 28-29, in the the AAPEX show Lobby at the Sands Expo Center Oct. 30- Nov. 1, and the SEMA Show Oct.30-Nov. 2.
