AACF Launches Aftermarket Hearts Giving Circle

The new initiative will help provide ongoing support for automotive aftermarket professionals & their families in times of crisis…

The Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF) announced the launch of its Aftermarket Hearts Giving Circle, a new monthly giving program designed to change lives in the aftermarket industry.

Every month, families across the industry face unexpected hardships such as medical emergencies, natural disasters or the sudden loss of a loved one, organization officials stated in a press release. For more than 65 years, AACF has been a nonprofit dedicated exclusively to the aftermarket workforce and their families. With Aftermarket Hearts, the Foundation is inviting individuals across the industry to come together as a “circle of giving,” where every recurring donation, no matter the size, helps provide stability, relief and hope in times of crisis.

AACF says the concept of a giving circle is simple: today, your monthly contribution may help a fellow aftermarket family overcome an emergency, but tomorrow, that same circle may be there for you. By supporting AACF through Aftermarket Hearts, donors become part of a sustainable safety net, ensuring that the industry always has the resources to step in when life’s challenges strike close to home.

The Aftermarket Hearts Giving Circle Is Simple & Impactful

The program is designed to be simple and impactful, noted the release. By choosing a monthly gift level, donors can help cover everyday essentials such as groceries, assist with rent or medical transportation, or even help fund larger emergency grants to keep a family afloat after tragedy. This collective circle of support ensures that no one in the aftermarket faces hardship alone, AACF officials stated.

“When one of us is hurting, the rest step up. That’s the spirit behind Aftermarket Hearts,” said John Kairys, AACF executive director. “By becoming part of this giving circle, you’re standing beside the people who keep our industry moving. And one day, if you or your family ever face a crisis, this same circle will be here for you.”

The Aftermarket Hearts Giving Circle is also a way for companies to involve their employees in charitable giving. AACF says that many businesses are adopting the program as part of their workplace giving or team campaigns, providing employees the opportunity to join the circle and demonstrate how much the industry cares for its own.
