The Tesla Roadster is a testament to the chase for horsepower seemingly felt across the entire new-car market. The all-electric supercar offers pure torque with a new-age design, punctuated by its glass roof and four-seat capacity.
The roadster was introduced alongside the new Tesla big rig last week. Here are some specification facts the company shared about the ridiculously fast car:

Tesla Roadster production won’t begin until 2020, according to The Verge. Reservations start at $50,000, according to the company, which will offer a Founder’s Series version of the car for $250,000.
