The Goodguys Rod and Custom Association closed out its 39th season in Scottsdale, Arizona during the Southwest Nationals, its final car show for the 2022 season.

Over 3,000 vehicles helped wrap up the season of shows held throughout the country. Warm weather and sunny skies were the norms for the three days of the event.

A highlight of the show is having the “Top Twelve” cars and trucks for the year show up for the last show of the year. During the 17-event season, Goodguys selects winners as “Cars and Truck of the Year” in various categories, like Street Rod and Muscle Machine. For this last show of the year, all twelve winners are showcased at the event. Overall, nearly 100 awards are given out on the last day of the show.
