West Virginia Passes Uncovered Aftermarket Light Bars Law

The state senate in West Virginia has approved a bill that could eliminate the requirement that roof-mounted, off-road light bars be covered when vehicles are operated on roads and highways. The bill now travels to the desk of West Virginia Governor Jim Justice for approval.

The bill, according to SEMA Action Network, also raises the number of permissible auxiliary passing lamps and auxiliary driving lamps from one to two.
