WELD has renewed its sponsorship of the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Engine Challenge program. WELD has been a sponsor of the organization since 2013.
Hot Rodders of Tomorrow is a nationwide high school engine building competition that challenges youth to pursue an automotive career, the company noted. Regional competitions are held across the country, where high school teams compete against the clock in a total engine rebuild.
“Hot Rodders of Tomorrow provides youth in our industry with the chance to further their education through an exciting competition format,” said Norm Young, president and CEO of WELD. “We are enthusiastic supporters of programs like this that encourage the youth of tomorrow to become a part of the automotive industry. Hot Rodders of Tomorrow is a fantastic organization that helps instill a passion for motorsports and the automotive industry in general.”
