VOXX Showcases New Replacement OEM Keyless Entry Remote Controls

Nov 1, 2017

VOXX Electronics Corp. (VEC) at the SEMA Show introduced a new Replacement OEM Keyless Entry Remote Control program.

“We view the SEMA Show as the premier automotive specialty products trade event of the year and it sets the perfect stage for us to showcase and demonstrate all of our product lines with the thousands of attendees present at the show,” said Aron Demers, senior vice president of VOXX Electronics Corp. “This year at the VOXX Electronics booth we’ll be introducing our new Replacement OEM Keyless Entry Remote Control program, that consists of two different remote controls that cover millions of vehicles from 1989-2016, and 10 different universal remote head keys covering multiple vehicle applications.”

Some of the features of the Replacement Car Remotes include:

  • Main Functions – Lock, Unlock, Trunk and Panic
  • Two AUX buttons for vehicles with remote functions like power van door opening and remote start
  • Designed and assembled in the U.S.
  • Vehicle lookup printed on packaging

In addition, VOXX will also be distributing a series of universal remote head keys that allows for many keys to be combined into a small series of keys. This allows retailers and expediters to lower their operating costs by dramatically reducing the amount of inventory they need to carry for this product segment, according to VOXX.

Some of the features of the Universal Remote Head Keys include:

  • Universal Key Replacement including high security and side cut blades
  • Main Functions – Lock, Unlock, Trunk and Panic
  • Two AUX buttons for vehicles with remote functions like power van door opening and remote start
  • Program up to four keys per vehicle
  • FCC Approved
  • Water Resistant

Those at the SEMA Show through Nov. 3 can visit VOXX in the North Hall in booth No. 12017.
