Tom Marx Presents Power Branding Webinar

Tom Marx, president and CEO of The Marx Group, will present “Power Branding,” a webinar from the Production Engine Remanufacturers Association (PERA), set for 10-11 a.m. CST on May 15.

The webinar will focus on step-by-step ideas of how to achieve and use strong brand equity to improve a company’s operations, according to a press release.

“Effective branding builds on and takes advantage of a strong synergy between a company and its customers,” Marx said. “This requires knowing a customer’s wants, needs and buying behaviors.”

Marx will explain the five branding forces of position, promise, personality, story and elements, with practical examples of companies that have mastered the process. He also will cover how companies create extreme customer loyalty while also increasing sales and profit margins, the release noted.

The co-author of “Marketing Sucks (and Sales, Too!),” Marx has more than 25 years of business-to-business, consumer marketing and advertising experience.
