Oct 29, 2012

From highly tuned small cars and track-day ready sedans to SUVs and trucks, Ford will introduce a variety of customized display vehicles in its DreamCase at the 2012 SEMA Show. The DreamCase will feature four distinctive interpretations of the all-new 2013 Fusion, including vehicles built by 3dCarbon-Air Design and Tjin, according to news released by Ford.

Ranked by U.S. News and World Report as the No. 1 Affordable Midsize Car, Ford reported the all-time highest sales of the Fusion in August. Restylers might want to pay a visit to the Ford’s display at Booth 22200 to snatch up some customization ideas for the all-new 2013 Fusion.

The 2013 Ford Fusion built by 3dCarbon-Air Design is a 2.0L EcoBoost, six-speed SelectShift Automatic. With a design inspired by the elegant, sophisticated styling of classic European sedans, the 3dCarbon body kit accentuates the Fusion’s new elegant silhouette.

The Tjin Edition Ford Fusion was modified with custom DuPont Beige paint, 3dCarbon lip kit, Webasto sunroof, LightWurkZ headlights and fog lights, 21” iForged Concave wheels and Falken tires. The interior features Katzkin leather and a complete sound system by Scosche Audio. With a 2.0 EcoBoost engine, six-speed SelectShift Automatic and AWD, the vehicle’s performance was upgraded with a Unique Fabrication/Vibrant turbo kit and custom side-exit MagnaFlow exhaust.

Featuring a 1.6L EcoBoost engine and six-speed manual transmission, the “Monster” 2013 Ford Fusion from Ice Nine Group was inspired by the V8 Supercar Series. With a slammed race car stance and a cutting-edge color and graphics package, the vehicle embodies road race styling and street performance.

The MRI Performance-built 2013 Ford Fusion has a 2.0L EcoBoost engine, six-speed SelectShift Automatic and AWD. It highlights the sporty style of the Ford Fusion, while focusing on street performance with a sweet-sounding Eco-Flow exhaust.
