Race Winning Brands Donates to Aftermarket Employees Affected by Hurricanes

Race Winning Brands (RWB) has made a contribution to the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF). This donation will provide support to families that were caught in the aftermath of hurricanes Harvey, Irma, Jose, and Maria.

The goodwill initiative came from the ground up, with employees donating $1,440.32 out of pocket. RWB then stepped up and matched the sum for a total donation of $2,880.32.

Through RWB’s assistance and other generous support, AACF has already been able to help families in need, and continues to work with SEMA, the Auto Care Association, AASA and others to reach aftermarket families.

“This charity hits close to home, with a mission of assisting individuals and families of the automotive aftermarket in times of great need,” said Brian Reese, RWB CEO. “The AACF is the only charity of its kind that focuses on families employed in the automotive aftermarket. It was important for us to do our part to lend a hand to those affected by these tragedies.”

Those in need of assistance can find it at aacfi.org/get-help. Those interested in furthering the AACF’s cause can do so at bit.ly/AACF-Cares.
