Petersen Automotive Museum has named Los Angeles-based firm Kahn Media as its public relations agency of record.
Kahn Media will be charged with public relations, media outreach and strategic communications for the automotive culture museum, according to a press release..
“One of our goals as we approach our 20th anniversary in 2014 is to develop long-term strategies to expand the museum’s outreach and create innovative experiences that are engaging for enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts alike,” said Terry Karges, executive director of the Petersen Automotive Museum. “Kahn Media has a reputation for cutting-edge work, and we know they will help us exceed these goals.”
The PR and social media marketing firm will work with Petersen to assist with special events, exhibit openings, increased media awareness and coverage of the museum, social media initiatives and promotion to new markets, the release noted.
Located in Los Angeles, the Petersen Automotive Museum has a constantly evolving series of exhibits and galleries, ranging from streetscapes depicting days gone by to design retrospectives and spotlights on cutting-edge technology including alternative fuels and aerodynamics.
