Two automotive aftermarket chemical brands have new faces.
Bobby Janiec and Caitlin Burt have been hired as a spokes-team for stop-leak product Bar’s Leaks and Rislone, America’s best-selling engine treatment brand for more than 90 years, according to a press release.
“Bar’s Leaks and Rislone are two storied brands with more than 150 years of history between them,” said Jeff Ventura, vice president of digital strategy. “As our brands continue to grow and reach new customers, Bobby and Caitlin will help the public understand our products, get excited about events and promotions, and learn how to install our products through video demonstrations. Bar’s Leaks and Rislone are enjoying a consumer renaissance, and Bobby and Caitlin will help us engage our customers in a fun, positive way.”
Janiec and Burt are both Michigan natives. Janiec is widely known for his role on the truTV reality show Hardcore Pawn and work at Second City. Burt has a wide-ranging background in entertainment and athletics, including improvisational comedy shows, feature films, snowboarding and hockey, the company stated.
Both will appear at events around the country, and will be the faces of Bar’s Leaks and Rislone on the brands’ upcoming websites. They will also host a series of instructional how-to videos, connect with fans on social media and appear in new radio and TV commercials, according to the company.
