Mishimoto Launches SEMA Builder Contest

Mishimoto is calling all project builders. The company has launched the Mishimoto Top SEMA Builder Contest, inviting builders, shops, and enthusiasts with a car or truck display at SEMA 2017 to enter for a chance to win money toward Mishimoto products.

The deadline to enter for the contest is 10 p.m. EST on Aug. 15. Each build submission must be exhibiting at the 2017 SEMA Show. Each entrant must submit photos and a written description of the project vehicle entered.

The top entry showing the most creativity, style, and innovation in their build will receive $1,000 towards Mishimoto products to add to their displayed vehicle. Embargoed builds are also encouraged to enter as the winner will not be announced to the public until the opening of the SEMA show, set for Oct. 31 to Nov. 3 at the Last Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas.

“We’re excited to see what everyone has been working on this year for SEMA” said Ricky Nietubicz, senior public relations coordinator for Mishimoto. “Mishimoto products are engineered by car enthusiasts for car enthusiasts, so we look forward to rewarding those that have gone above and beyond”.

All entrants of the Mishimoto Top SEMA Builder Contest will be notified of the winning entry on Aug. 16, according to the company. In addition to sponsored Mishimoto product, the winning build will be featured extensively on Mishimoto’s social media channels, as well as future advertising and promotional materials.
