The final closing is expected to occur by the end of March, according to a press release.
Rush Metals manufactures sintered metal products for the automotive, industrial, agriculture and aftermarket automotive components industries. It has been in business for 45 years, the last 30 as a Cloyes company, according to the release.
Melling plans to rename the facility Melling Sintered Metals.

We are also quite impressed with the facility, their strong processing skills, and the diversity of the customer base. Melling manufactures fluid pumps including oil, water and fuel pumps for gas, diesel, transmission and hybrid applications as well as other power train components to the worldwide transportation industry.
