Klassic Rides Has New Ownership Team

A new ownership team is in place to guide Klassic Rides.

Billy West, operations manager and one of the owners of the Denver, North Carolina-based company, said the acquisition includes the purchase of the business entity and the facility that houses Klassic Rides.

The new ownership team is a group of self-proclaimed “car guys” who were brought together by their common interest in cars and vehicles of all types. The new owners are: West (owner/operations manager); Olindo Mare (owner/sales & marketing manager); Fred Rice (owner/business manager); and Steve Lyon (owner), according to the announcement.

Klassic Rides is a restoration shop that specializes in full frame-off and partial restoration and repair of automobiles, trucks, muscle cars and other special interest and classic vehicles from all eras. It opened in 2005, and has become widely known for its expert service and skilled craftsmanship in all aspects of automobile restoration, according to the company. Today, Klassic Rides provides classic auto restoration and custom service to customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida, as well as many other states coast to coast.

The shop has grown to 22 full-time employees and occupies a 20,400-square-foot facility at 6645 Denver Industrial Park Road, in Denver, N.C.

Customers are kept informed of the progress of their projects from start to finish, using weekly updates of project photographs posted to the company’s website (www.KlassicRides.com), which contains photographs of the many projects, both now in progress and previously completed, the company added.
