Kentucky Lawmakers Approve Outdoor Motorized Recreation Bill

The Kentucky Legislature has approved House Bill 156, which promotes and funds outdoor recreation and tourism development by establishing the Kentucky Mountain Regional Recreation Authority (KMRA). The law has been sent to the Governor Matt Bevin for approval.

If approved by Gov. Bevin, according to SEMA Action Network, the law would provide recreational opportunities for all-terrain vehicle riding, motorcycle riding, rock climbing, off-highway vehicle driving, and pleasure driving.
