Crossville, Tenn.-based Joe Mondello Racing Engines will present a free educational seminar highlighting performance engine applications for classic cars at the 2014 Hotrod & Restoration and Restyling & Truck Accessories Trade Shows in March.
The one-hour seminar will include a short presentation about Joe Mondello Racing Engine’s performance offerings and an open discussion for attendees to ask questions. The objective of the presentation is to find out what engine builders need to know to help their customers, so seminar attendees control the topics discussed, according to Tim Allen, general manager at Joe Mondello Racing.
“We open it up to the builders,” said Allen, who will conduct the seminar. “We need to know what we can do to help you help your customers.”
Show attendees last year found the company’s less-structured seminar format refreshing, but requested more visuals, Allen said. As a result, Joe Mondello Racing Engines will add a PowerPoint presentation and possibly a video to its seminar.
“We’re going to roll with the same format we did last year, because the feedback sheets that we got were just off the charts,” Allen said. ” Everybody loved it. The response we got was amazing.”
The Hotrod & Restoration Trade Show and the Restyling & Truck Accessories Trade Show will be held side-by-side March 26-28 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. Each show will offer attendees three days of education and two days of exhibits, along with live demonstrations, featured vehicles and a variety of special activities.
