ididit Car Show and Open House Marks 30 Years in Business

ididit celebrates its 30th anniversary this year and the steering components company will celebrate the milestone during its annual Car Show & Open House. The event is set for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Oct. 1 at the company’s headquarters in Tecumseh, Michigan.

The 2016 ididit Car Show & Open House will feature a car show, vendor exhibits, a custom golf cart giveaway supporting the Lenawee Humane Society, and other surprises. The crew from the Dustless Blasting Car Show also will be on location shooting an episode for MAVTV and REV’N. The event is free for all attendees and planned rain or shine.

ididit’s Car Show & Open House, produced annually since 1991, has brought custom car owners and fans together to celebrate the history, beauty and engineering of classic cars and trucks, according the company. ididit awards winners in seven categories at the end of the show, including Street Rods, Classic/Restored, Trucks, Lead Sled, Muscle Cars and Hot Rods.

Aftermarket vendors appearing at the show this year include Eaton Detroit Spring, American Speed, Woodward Fab and Classic Instruments.

“Some of the best names in our industry are based right here in Michigan, and we’ll have them at our shop, ready to talk to you,” according to ididit in a news release.
