The teams are stacking up with six of the 11 qualifying events completed for the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Engine Challenge. To date, more than 30 teams will travel to the National Dual Championship Playoffs at the SEMA and PRI trade shows later this year.
This past weekend (April 16-17) at Atlanta Motor Speedway during the Summit Racing Atlanta Motorama, Team Fragola from Peach County High School earned first place with the blazing time of 18:05.
Other teams to qualify include Team Holley from Forsyth Central High School (20:15), Team Weld Racing from Forsyth Central High School (28:39), Team Firestone from Sequoya High School (28:47), Team Performance Quotient from Forsyth Central High School (33:20), Team Royal Purple from Americus Sumter High School (22:21), and Team Hedman from Sequoya High School (33:37).
The Hot Rodders of Tomorrow qualifier tour heads to Exton, Pennsylvania this Saturday, April 23, at the UTI PA Qualifier.
