Exotic Hydrogen Car Builder Seeks Resurgence, Investors

Aug 26, 2015

The company that launched the Scorpion “eco-exotic” sports car in 2008 with proprietary hydrogen fuel technology is aiming for a resurgence, according Ronn Maxwell, founder and CEO of Ronn Motor Group (RMG).

RMG is currently working on its next eco-exotic 2.0 automobile, with hopes of bringing it to market sometime in 2016, according to the company.

RMG made international headlines by receiving invitations to luxury car shows like the Monaco Marques and appearing in publications such as DuPont Registry, Bloomberg, Wired and Motor Trend in 2008, according to the company.

With recent changes in the economic climate and the SEC Regulation A+ in effect, RMG is now in a position to offer and sell securities to a broader investor market through crowd equity funding.

“I am excited about sharing our automobiles with the market to further fulfill my dream,” Maxwell said. “Through the Regulation A+ offering, we are able to give the general public the opportunity to become partners with us, so I invite all to visit our website and if so moved reserve shares as part of our exciting journey.”
