DriveAssist Technologies, a supplier of safety and convenience products for the automotive aftermarket, debuted its initial lineup at last week’s SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is the among the fastest growing categories in the automotive aftermarket, according to DriverAssist Technologies. DriveAssist’s parent company, Cybcar America, brings 10-plus years of history supplying leading edge products that seamlessly integrate into the vehicles design, according to Bob Goodman, vice president of sales & marketing.
Available from DriveAssist Technologies beginning in November are the following categories of products for a wide variety of vehicles: Lift-EZ (Power Liftgate systems), IQ Mirror (8-inch LCD smart mirror), SideSpotter (OE and universal blind spot systems), StealthVue (vehicle specific DVRs), RearVue (universal camera and monitor solutions), NAV+ (plug & play navigation systems, connected car head units), and universal full screen rear view mirror monitor with DVR (coming in January).
“DriveAssist presents a unique opportunity for 12-Volt specialty retailers and expeditors alike,” Goodman said. “The nature of the products, many are vehicle specific, dictates a specialized reseller channel for DriveAssist and we will not be selling to online retailers and only a few markets will be served by a distributor.
“To accommodate our resale partners we will offer an aggressive freight policy including many items shipping at no charge and others available with deeply discounted expedited shipping. This enables us to service direct accounts quickly and with little or no additional cost.”
DriveAssist Technologies was located in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center along with its parent company, Cybcar America, during the SEMA Show.
