The aftermath of recent devastating storms has affected many members of the automotive industry, and though the rain has stopped, the financial toll is just beginning. Custom Automotive Network (CAN) recently partnered with the Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF) to raise money for hurricane victims.
On Sunday, Sept. 10 during the CAN Connect Conference, CAN members donated and raised over $22,000 that will go directly to helping those in our industry that need the help getting back on their feet.
“I’m proud of our membership for opening up their hearts and generously donating to the families and individuals in our industry that need help to rebuild their lives and their homes,” said
Tracie Nuñez, CAN president. “On behalf of Custom Automotive Network, I want to sincerely thank the member companies that made a generous donation, including Competition Specialties, Devereaux Jones Company, Digital Throttle, Easy Elegance/Liquid Glow, Edelbrock, Global Parts Distributors, Liland Global, Mahle Aftermarket, National Performance Warehouse, Performance Improvements, Performance Warehouse, R&R Marketing Consultants, SCE Gaskets, AAM USA/The AAM Group, and Westin Automotive. We truly appreciate your support.”
