GCI Digital Imaging, a great format banner print company, produced and installed several BAD BOY invitational banners for the first indoor Dirt Midget and Outlaw Kart races held at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The largest banners were sized 20 feet by120 feet.

The GCI staff burned the midnight oil to install its banners at Bankers Life Fieldhouse at 2 a.m. on Dec. 12, the same day the races were held.

“I remember getting to Indy at about 1:30 a.m. and completing the install at about 5 a.m.

That left another salesman and myself enough time for about three hours of sleep before we had to be up and ready to work the PRI show, get something to eat and get over to the Fieldhouse to get document pics of the BAD BOY invitational banners,” said a GCI staff member, according to a news release.

The company increased its exposure during the week of PRI, distributing 1,000 limited edition Krazy Dirt Midget Monster stickers as a promotional tool at the show and at the Bad Boy Invitational. GCI’s custom art department used its sticker design to pay homage to Southern California’s hot-rod craze art style during the late 1950’s and ’60s.
