American Car Craft Cautions Possible Delays Caused by Impending Hurricane

American Car Craft issued a sobering warning to its newsletter subscribers Wednesday (Sept. 6).

“Hurricane Irma has the potential to make a devastating impact across the state of Florida, where we are located,” the company stated. “The threat is not only to businesses but to lives as well. What areas will be most affected are still unclear. Please be aware that the incoming weather may increase turnaround time and your customers’ shipments may arrive later than anticipated.”

Hurricane Irma, the Category 5 storm mentioned by American Car Craft, appears to be churning toward Florida. Meteorologists said Irma is the strongest hurricane ever recorded in the Atlantic Ocean, with winds in excess of 185 mph. It’s still unknown how the storm will affect the U.S., or Florida.

“While nothing is set in stone, it is important that you are made aware of what is coming in the coming days for us here,” American Car Craft stated. “While this may have some impact on timeliness, nothing will change in terms of the premium quality our fans have come to expect. We will not work with storm damaged materials and we will not ship subpar work. You can count on our expert craftsmanship to make sure everyone gets a part they can proudly display on their vehicles.”
