All Wright Enterprises LLC (AWE) has announced the acquisition of Perry, Ohio-based Fidanza Engineering Corp. from founder and race car builder Lou Fidanza.
Now doing business as Fidanza Performance, the manufacturer of aluminum flywheels, performance clutches and adjustable cam gears will be led by Jeff Jenkins, 10-year company veteran, current president and now owner.
Lou Fidanza will continue on as a key consultant as he begins his retirement, according to a press release.
“Lou has been producing great products under the Fidanza name for nearly 20 years and has grown Fidanza to a world recognized brand, and we want to continue that,” Jenkins said. “We have a great team of people here, a great product offering and great customers, so it is just a matter of continuing to do what we do best while looking at opportunities to improve and grow the new company.”
The change to the Fidanza Performance brand name and new company logo will be completed by the end of the first quarter in 2013. The changes will give the company a “fresh new look,” as well as open up opportunities to add other performance-oriented products under the new company banner, the release noted.
