3M Introduces New Short-Term Application Film

St. Paul, Minn.-based 3M Commercial Graphics recently introduced its 3M Scotchcal Perforated Window Film IJ67, a removable film designed for short-term, promotional first-surface window applications.

The 5.9-mm vinyl film features a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a 40-percent, die-perforated pattern, according to 3M. 3M Scotchcal Perforated Window Film IJ67 allows a full image to be seen on the outside of a window and enables views from the vehicle’s interior  through retail and non-regulated vehicle windows.

Film IJ67 is equipped with a polycoated paper release liner backed with a continuous paper layer, which enables easier registration on UV, solvent and latex digital printing platforms, as well as screen printing equipment, according to 3M. The film is ideal for use on non-regulated vehicle windows, and interior and exterior building windows and dividers.

Film IJ67 can be used as an alternative to3M Scotchcal Perforated Window Graphic Films IJ65 and IJ66, which have pbeen discontinued.
