The 38th Street Rod Nationals South Plus takes place Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Chilhowee Park & Expo Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. The event will feature vehicles from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s, as well as manufacturer displays, a vintage car parts swap meet, and arts and crafts vendors. Edelbrock is hosting the Rev'ved Up 4 Kids charity fundraiser Saturday and Sunday at its corporate headquarters in Torrance, California. The fundraiser will feature a car show open to all makes and models, a tour of the Edelbrock headquarters, and live entertainment. The event will also feature the "Back to Where It All Began" party that will bring together legends including Vic Edelbrock, Ed Iskenderian, Gene Winfield, Alex Xydias, Parnelli Jones, George Barris and Ed Pink telling stories and signing autographs. The fourth annual Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Engine Challenge Regional competition, featuring local high school students competing in a high-energy engine building competition, will also take place during the fundraiser. The inaugural Girls Go Racing: The Art of Driving Adventure takes place Saturday and Sunday at Road America Race Track in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin.
