The Walter P. Chrysler Museum, located on Chrysler Group LLC’s headquarters complex in Auburn Hills, Michigan, has released the dates and themes for its annual summer Cruise Night series.
The cruises will be held on Wednesday nights from 5:30-8:30 p.m. in the museum’s parking lot. The cruises will be held rain or shine and will feature music, food, “best of” trophies and a different theme for each event.
The themes are as follows:
June 8: Fins & Chrome
June 22: Extreme Performance
July 13: 70 Years of Jeep
July 27: Rods Galore
Aug. 10: Hot Truck
Aug. 24: Classic Cruiser
The Golling and Shuman dealerships will display a selection of new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and FIAT models each Cruise Night and representatives of both dealerships will be on hand to demonstrate vehicle features and to answer questions.
“Best of” trophies will be awarded at 7:15 p.m. each Cruise Night.
The museum will be open after-hours for self-guided tours.
Currently, the museum is featuring the exhibit “70 Years of Jeep,” which features eight rotating production and concept Jeeps.
