A new Turn 14 Distribution incentive program, promising to send top-performing automotive accessories sellers on a trip to the Dominican Republic, is currently underway.

Shops that accrue the most points through their selling activities through Oct. 30 will be sent to Turn 14 Distribution’s first Industry Leaders Summit, set for Jan. 27-31 at the luxurious Paradisus, a four-diamond beach resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The selling contest was launched June 1.

Participating shops accrue points toward the contest through their typical selling activities through Turn 14 Distribution, but can earn extra points by selling product from 36 select suppliers who are sponsoring the Industry Leaders Summit.

At the completion of the program, 50 customers will receive an invitation from Turn 14 Distribution for two to the Industry Leaders Summit. Winning customers will receive roundtrip airfare for them and their guest, transportation to and from the resort, double occupancy accommodations for them and their guest, including all meals, drinks and entertainment, as well as exclusive access to Turn 14 Distribution’s leadership team and sponsors.

“We're certainly not the first WD to run a promotion like this but we are the first to do one that caters to multiple customers across various market segments, including diesel, modern muscle and import,” said Daryl Sampson, director of marketing for Turn 14 Distribution. “The focus of our Industry Leaders Summit is on an exclusive resort location and the opportunity for both vendors and customers to benefit from intimate one-on-one meetings and networking activities.”

The Industry Leaders Summit will include a welcoming reception and several other opportunities for shop leaders to network.

“Customers and sponsors will have multiple opportunities to talk shop at our welcoming reception as well as one on one private meetings scheduled during the trip,” Sampson said. “In addition to business, everyone will be able to choose from activities like golf, fishing and guided tours on the trip.”

This year has been an active one for Turn 14 Distribution, which recently introduced a new company logo and branding (see clickable logo below).

“The launch of our new brand logo kicks-off a new era at Turn 14 Distribution that speaks to who we are as a progressive, innovative company while maintaining definite design cues from our previous logo that identify the motorsports background from which the company was started,” said Jon Pulli, CEO of Turn 14 Distribution. “We are proud to be ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry, and our new brand identity illustrates how far Turn 14 Distribution has come in its short eight-year history. We’ve evolved from a sport compact-focused warehouse distributor to a full line distributor in the diesel, modern muscle and european markets.”

The new logo blends elements of the company motto “There At Every Turn” into the letters T, U and R in Turn. It is a vibrant new take on Turn 14 Distribution’s prior logo, according to the company.
