A new product ‘Aha!’ moment

This may fall under the “Who Knew?” category.

Sometimes, roaming the aisles at a trade show you come across a product you never noticed before or something that set your market on fire — call it an “aha!” moment.

Maybe it addressed a need your customers had but you didn’t know a product existed for it.

Here are some questions:

1.         Have you ever had a product “aha!” moment?  What was the product?
2.         How did you fit it into your product offerings?
3.         Was it profitable for you?
4.         What was the reaction from your customers?
