Multiple Brake-Related Seminars to Be Held at 2012 HRR Trade Show

Feb 8, 2012

The Education & Training Day at the 2012 Hotrod & Restoration Trade Show will offer two seminars that are specifically designed to teach attendees about the selection and installation of performance brakes.

The first of these seminars will be presented by Stainless Steel Brakes Corp. (SSBC) and will take place during Session 3, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. During the session “Selling Performance Brakes & Related Accessories,” representatives from the company will provide a complete run-down of SSBC’s line of performance brake products, including the company’s latest offerings. In addition, the seminar will also offer tips for improving your brake product sales to all levels of dealers and distributors.

The second seminar that will focus on brakes will be Wilwood Disc Brakes‘ “Brake System Tech Seminar.” Held during Session 8 from 5:30-6:30 p.m., this seminar will include an in-depth discussion of high-performance brake systems and components. Topics that will be covered include finding the right master cylinder size and selecting the correct brake calipers, pistons, rotor styles, pads and brake fluid for your application.

The Education & Training Day is presented by HRIA, a SEMA council. It will be held on Thursday, March 22 at the Lucas Oil Stadium. All seminars are free of charge.
