Magnaflow Enters Unique Marketing Partnership

Magnaflow Exhaust Products has created an unusual marketing partnership with one of its distributors, Quality Exhaust, by sharing a vehicle wrap that advertises both companies. Magnaflow has commissioned wrap jobs in the past, but the shared vehicle was a unique experience, according to the company.

The marketing benefits include a support of Magnaflow’s distributors.

“We want our customers to feel like MagnaFlow is their No. 1 exhaust outlet for not just product but also for marketing support,” said Kathryn Reinhart, marketing manager of Magnaflow. “The second advantage is the advertising of the brand to the jobbers and even to the end consumers on the road with the delivery vehicles.”

Similar projects may be undertaken in the future as delivery vehicles for Magnaflow hit the road daily, according to the company. The visibility of those vehicles makes partnership wrapping an option in the future.

“MagnaFlow works closely with their distributors to take advantage of cooperative marketing funds and using them for the best advertising and visibility with each distributo,” Reinhart said.

Quality Exhaust originally approached Magnaflow with the idea and Magnaflow seized the opportunity to increase visibility for both companies.
