The California Automobile Museum is offering a unique class to help shop owners and enthusiasts learn how to photograph their classic cars. The “Artomotive” Photography Class will be held on July 24 and Oct. 16 from 9 am to noon. Local photography enthusiast Richard Ellman will teach the basic steps and skills needed to capture great photos of a car.
Students are asked to bring their own equipment, including a camera and any other equipment they have, such as a flash or polarizing lens. All skill levels are welcome, although some basic experience is assumed, according to the museum.
The minimum age to attend the class is 12 years old and all minors must be accompanied by an adult. The cost is $15 per student ($10 for museum members). Museum admission is included in the cost.
The classes will be held at the California Automobile Museum, located in Sacramento, California.
