Bowling Green, Ky.-based Holley Performance Products will participate in the 2013 Hot Rod Power Tour, June 1-8.
Holley’s display trailer will be present at every stop and the company will sponsor a checkpoint in Birminingham, Ala., in honor of its 110th anniversary on June 5.
Holley will sponsor an autocross in the parking lot of Hoover Metropolitan Stadium with Mothers Polish; offer birthday cake and anniversary posters (while supplies last) at its display trailer; and share a number of new LS products to share with attendees.
According to Holley, the company will have a Terminator EFI equipped small block Chevrolet engine on an Easy Run Engine Stand for those interested in seeing just how simple the system sets up and self-learns on an engine.
At least two Terminator EFI equipped vehicles will be present on the Power Tour and will be parked in front of Holley’s display trailer for the duration of the event so participants can examine the system installed on actual vehicles.
Additionally, two of Holley’s employees will be present on Hot Rod Power Tour with their personal LS equipped project vehicles.
Luke Embry, engineering technician for Holley, will be driving his 1984 Chevrolet C10 Silverado, and Blane Burnett, marketing and public relations coordinator, will have his LS2 powered 1996 Nissan 240SX .
Participants should pay close attention to the Holley Performance Facebook page throughout the duration of the Hot Rod Power Tour as they will be giving away “birthday gifts” to Long Haulers during the event Facebook page visitors.
Holley will be looking for Power Tour participants to share photos of various vehicles at the various stop locations each day.
A winner will be selected each day and announced on stage at each stop.
Winners will be able to pick up their gifts at the Holley display trailer.
