Genuine Boyds, the custom wheel company founded by Boyd Coddington Jr. and Chris Coddington, has moved into a larger, state-of-the-art custom wheel production facility in Anaheim, California.
The new manufacturing facility features cutting-edge data systems, CAD/CAM equipment and CNC machines, all of which will result in faster design cycles, tighter tolerances improved quality, and faster production of all Genuine Boyd’s wheels, according to the company.
The company’s sales, marketing and administration will remain in Kansas City, Missouri.
“Demand for our wheels has been very high,” said Boyd Coddington Jr., in a statement released by the company. “I couldn’t have dreamed that we would have experienced this kind of growth so quickly.”
Genuine Boyds recently released its 2011 catalog, which features progressive custom wheel designs by Boyd Jr. for the hot rod, muscle car and pro-touring segments.
