FearOne Project Vehicles to Target Broad Audience at SEMA

Oct 12, 2017

Prescott, Arizona-based FearOne will have a strong presence at the Oct. 31-Nov. 3 SEMA Show, which is par for the course for the custom vehicle designer that seems to have multiple cars at the show each year.

The company’s project vehicle partnerships this year reach five consecutive years working with Hyundai and four years working with General Motors. The company will showcase a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Turbo Sport and a 2018 Chevrolet Colorado LT in Covercraft booth #23343. Both vehicles are competing in the SEMA Battle Of The Builders competition.

“Hyundai and GM challenged builders to create a design concept that captures a widely diverse audience aside from their target market. We believe our Hyundai Elantra Sport and Chevrolet Colorado concepts accomplish that,” said Roger Tessman, FearOne principal. “Originally designed by Hyundai and GM to be reliable and economical as an everyday driver, we’ve enhanced the Hyundai Elantra Sport and Chevrolet Colorado capabilities to compliment the hidden undertones to be both performance, rugged and productive.

“FearOne will enjoy putting both vehicles to the test and document on social media. Our goal is to be the most trending Hyundai Elantra Sport and Chevrolet Colorado in the digital marketplace.”

The build theme of the Hyundai Elantra Turbo Sport is that of a six-speed performance tuner used for drifting. Product sponsors for that custom ride include: Del8ocho, Continental Tires, Covercraft, Hypertech, Hyundai, LED Underglow, Liquid Glow, MGP Caliper Covers, Premier Tint, Prescott Autobody, Prescott Tire Pro’s, Red Beard Graphics, Vettesthetics and Vossen Wheels.

The build theme of the 2018 Chevrolet Colorado LT is surf meets turf-meaning, the ocean style meets the off-road. Sponsors for that build include: A.R.E., Covercraft, Cravenspeed, Dee Zee, Del8ocho, EGR USA, Fastway, General Tire, Husky, Hypertech, LED Underglow, MagnaFlow, MGP Caliper Covers, Premier Tint, Prescott Autobody, Prescott Tire Pro’s, Rolling Big Power, Rough Country, Red Beard Graphics, Switch Pros, T-Rex, Vettesthetics and Zroadz.
