The Hotrod & Restoration Trade Show‘s Education & Training Day will feature six seminars focusing on electrical and electronic component products and technology. The seminars will be presented in the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Thursday, March 22.
Custom Autosound will present “Installing Audio in Classics Without Cutting Holes” during Session 1, from 8 a.m.-9 a.m. Company representatives will provide information on the installation of modern sound systems in classic cars and street rods, highlighting Custom Autosound’s line of products, which are designed to maintain the integrity of the vehicle without modifications.
Vintage Air will present “The Basics of Performance Air Conditioning” during Session 2, from 9:15 a.m.-10:15 a.m. This seminar will offer attendees an overview of the basic concepts and components of an aftermarket performance air conditioning system, as well as highlight proper system selection and ordering.
Painless Performance will present “The Truth About Wiring” during Session 4, from 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. The seminar will cover electrical loads and how to control them, as well as new products and installation tips.
American Autowire will present “Understanding Wiring System Options” during Session 5, from 1:45 p.m.-2:45 p.m. This seminar will cover wiring products, techniques and technical data on new products for the street rod, muscle car and custom car markets.
Powermaster Performance will present “How to Avoid Install Issues & Help Your Customers” during Session 7, from 4:15 p.m.-5:15 p.m. Attendees at this seminar will learn first-hand how to avoid installation problems and create better customer satisfaction. Also during Session 7, Ron Francis Wiring will present “Planning Your Wiring Job From Start to Finish.” This seminar will provide an overview of proper planning and installation of electrical systems, as well as new product information and tech tips.
