DLT Corp. Acquires Ohio Valley Upholstery

Full-service upholstery distributor DLT Corp. has acquired Ohio Valley Upholstery Supply, company president Andrew Kahn has announced in a letter posted on DLT’s website. The company, which was founded in Ownensboro, Kentucky in 1947, will now be known as DLT- Ohio Valley.

“We are taking steps to build upon the current offerings at DLT- Ohio Valley by keeping existing product lines and adding some of our best products from the DLT offering,” Kahn said in the letter.

DLT Corp. is the product of three different wholesale upholstery suppliers merging in 2008-DuBois Fabrics of Chicago, Lite Products of Chicago and TUSCO – The Upholstery Supply Co. of Milwaukee.

The company’s product offerings include vinyl, glue, foam, convertible tops, headliners, dyes and carpets.

DLT – Ohio Valley will continue building stock out of its Owensboro warehouse, according to the letter.
